Player rank limit to be set at <800 except for special invitation.

Special Ranks:
Demon Dark Overlord (Leader)
Demon Prince (2nd in command)
Demon Shaman (Diplomat)
Demon Priest (War/Defence Minister)
Demon Insurgent (Recruitment Officer)

Normal Ranks:
Demon Champion 1 - 200
Demon Terror 200 - 400
Demon Warrior 400 - 800
Demon Minion 800 +
